Are you ready for your project?

Got an idea for your first successful project? We bring together the people who'll make it real with you.

— HOW IT WORKS

From a rough idea to a finished project

A rough description of your project is enough. We bring in the right people, shape it into a clear brief — scope, direction and goal — and go through it with you until we both agree, before anything starts.

01

You share the idea

A few sentences about what you want and roughly when. No spec, no formalities — we'll ask for the rest.

02

We shape the brief

We bring in the right people and turn your idea into a clear brief — scope, direction and goal, and what 'done' means.

03

We agree on it together

We walk through the brief with you and start only once you've signed off. No guessing, no surprises later.

04

We build it

The team gets going and ships it — you stay in the loop, with communication, deadlines and quality under control.

— NOW PLAYING

What we're building right now

Four kinds of things we build — and what's already in motion in each.

In dev
SaaS web apps

Custom web applications your business runs on — portals, planners, internal tools.

MORE

We design and build custom SaaS-style web applications: reservation and booking systems, customer portals and the internal tools that replace one spreadsheet too many. Modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript), cloud hosting with sane running costs, and performance treated as a feature.

In motion right now: NextMeal.online (meal planning with recipes and shopping lists), a reservation system, and a B2B platform for the trades — that one we can't name yet.

In dev
Virtual tours, maps & data

Spherical photo tours, interactive maps and dashboards that make data explorable.

MORE

Virtual tours built on spherical (360°) photography, interactive maps for directories and guides, and data-analytics dashboards that turn raw numbers into something you can actually explore — all in the browser.

i360, a spherical photo viewer with real tours behind it, is joining Ready Project One and getting an upgrade. And when a project calls for aerial shots, there's a drone pilot on the team.

In dev
3D configurators & planners

Product configurators and space planners running right in the browser.

MORE

Browser-based 3D without installs: product configurators where customers assemble their own variant, and space planners that lay out rooms with a live preview. Built on WebGL, tuned to stay smooth on ordinary laptops.

In dev now: a 3D space planner for a design studio — the name stays under wraps for a bit longer.

In dev
Custom e-commerce

Tailored shops for brands that have outgrown the template.

MORE

Not every shop belongs on a big platform. We build custom e-commerce shaped around your products — storefront, checkout and admin exactly as your process needs them, integrated with stock, invoicing or logistics where it matters.

In motion: a made-to-measure shop for a client's own product line.

— THE ROSTER

Who'll be working on your project

A small circle of people we know and trust — developers, designers and product people. We put together the right team for your project, whatever it takes to ship it.

Full-stack developer

Builds the product end to end — what you see and the logic behind it.

Backend developer

Handles data, integrations and the parts that have to be reliable.

Product & design

Shapes how it looks and works, so it's clear and easy to use.

Project lead

Owns the brief, communication and deadlines — one person keeping it all on track.

— HOW WE PLAY

Small by design, serious about shipping

Ready Project One is not an agency — it's a trusted circle of freelance developers, designers and product people who team up project by project.

Built on trust

We only take on projects we can genuinely ship, with people we've worked with and vouch for. Saying no is fine; delivering half a yes is not.

Brief, agree, build

Every project starts as a clear brief we shape together — scope, direction and what 'done' means. Building starts only after you've signed it off, so nothing surprises you later.

No agency overhead

You talk directly to the people doing the work. Decisions take days, not weeks, and there's no management layer priced into your invoice.

Before you press start

Short answers to what we get asked most. Anything else — the form below is the fastest way to ask.

What exactly do you build?

Custom web software: SaaS-style web apps, reservation and booking systems, customer portals and internal tools, virtual tours and interactive maps, browser-based 3D configurators and planners, and tailored e-commerce. If it runs in a browser, it's probably our thing.

How does a project start?

You send a few sentences through the form below. We come back with questions, shape a clear brief together — scope, direction, what 'done' means — and start building only once you've approved it.

How much does the first consultation cost?

Nothing — the first consultation is free and doesn't commit you to anything. An idea is enough; we'll talk it through and tell you what making it real would take.

What does it cost?

Every quote follows the agreed brief, so the price reflects a defined scope rather than a guess. You know the number before building starts — and if the idea and the budget don't match, we tell you at the brief stage, not on the invoice.

How fast can you start, and how long does a project take?

We get back to you within days; the start depends on current capacity — usually a few weeks out. A smaller site ships in weeks, a bigger app in months; the concrete timeline is always part of the brief.

How does communication work during the project?

You talk to one person who leads the project the whole way — no being passed around. We check in regularly with progress, work remotely by default, and meet online whenever it helps.

Do you take smaller projects too?

Yes — a landing page, a smaller site or changes to an existing app make sense too. And if a project is so small that working with us wouldn't pay off for you, we'll say so straight away.

Which markets and languages do you cover?

We work with clients in Czechia, the DACH region and Italy, remotely by default. The team communicates in Czech, English, German and Italian.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Regular previews are part of the process, so problems get fixed as they appear, not at the end. We work against the agreed brief — until the result matches it, it isn't done. And if the scope changes along the way, we agree on the price first, then continue.

Who owns the result — and what about after launch?

You do: code, accounts and infrastructure end up in your hands. After launch we can stay on for hosting, monitoring, fixes and further development, or hand everything over cleanly — your choice.

Can you join an existing project?

Yes. We can take over an existing codebase, upgrade a legacy app, or plug specific people — say a backend developer or a designer — into your existing team.

Got a project? We've got the team.

The first consultation is free — you don't need a finished spec; a good idea is enough. Tell us about it, we'll talk it through and figure out together how to make it happen.

What are you building? An idea is enough — no exact spec needed.
