This policy explains how rd solution s. r. o. handles the personal data you send through the contact form on this site. It's short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
The data controller is rd solution s. r. o., IČO 08024804, VAT ID CZ08024804, registered at Stružná 13, 364 71 Stružná, Czech Republic.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, e-mail address, an optional phone number, and the message describing your project. Nothing else.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so nothing about your visit is shared with third parties. That's why there's no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
We do count visits — using Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, first-party service. It gives us anonymous, aggregated numbers (page views, country, device type) and stores no identifier that could recognize you across visits.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to read your enquiry and get back to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We don't send newsletters, we don't profile you, and there is no automated decision-making.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry reaches us as an e-mail via Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. We don't run a separate database — your message lives in our mailbox. Both providers act as our processors under data-processing agreements. Both are US-based companies; where data reaches the US it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our hosting runs in the EU (Frankfurt).
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we're in contact about your project, and for up to 24 months afterwards, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable form. Write to claude@rdsolution.cz and we'll handle it.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz.
Is it required?
Providing your data is voluntary, but we need at least your name and e-mail to reply.
